Vehicle Focus Ad Works

Search, social, forms

Ads that point somewhere useful, and a record of who replied

Campaigns, landing pages and follow-up tracking are set up as one system, so each inquiry is logged against the ad that brought it.

Follow-upCRMForm

The work, in plain terms

Someone sets up and manages your paid ads, builds or fixes the pages those ads send people to, and makes sure each inquiry is recorded against the ad that produced it. That is the whole service. It runs on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for measurement. You pay the platforms directly for clicks and impressions. The management fee is separate and covers the hours spent building, checking and adjusting. Reports show spend, clicks, form fills and calls by campaign, so you can judge for yourself what is worth keeping.

Services by problem

If your situation touches more than one of these, say so in your request and the partner can scope them together.

Getting started

There is no commitment until you accept a written quote.

  1. Tell us what you want help with: search ads, paid social, landing pages, tracking, or a mix.
  2. A service partner gets in touch to talk through your goals, budget and current setup.
  3. You agree what is in scope, which accounts are involved and how reporting will work.
  4. The partner sends a quote. Once you accept it, onboarding and account access begin.

Factors that change the scope

Quotes vary because the work varies. These are the things that move it most:

  • Number of ad platforms: Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn.
  • Number of campaigns, products or customer groups to cover.
  • Whether landing pages exist or need building, and how many.
  • Tracking: form fills only, or also calls, chat, CRM stages and offline sales.
  • Whether existing accounts need cleanup before new work starts.
  • Reporting cadence and format.

Ad spend is outside the quote. You pay it to the platforms.

Questions buyers ask

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

Usually not. In most setups you pay the ad platform directly, by card or invoice, for clicks and impressions. The service partner charges a separate fee for setup and management. Keeping the two apart means you can see exactly what went to Google, Microsoft or Meta. Ask any provider to state both clearly in the proposal.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You should. The usual practice is that ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers and landing page domains are created under your business, with the service partner added as a user. That way the history and data stay with you if the arrangement ends. Ask for this in writing before any account is set up.

Who writes the ads?

The service partner usually drafts ad copy and creative from what you tell it about your offer and buyers. You approve drafts before they go live. You are responsible for the claims in them being accurate, so check prices, offers and any regulated wording. Some businesses supply their own photos or video; others ask the partner to source them.

My industry has ad restrictions. Can this still work?

Often, with care. Ad platforms restrict or add rules for areas such as health, financial services, housing, employment, credit, legal services, alcohol and gambling. Some require advertiser verification or limit targeting. Mention your industry in the request so the service partner can say what is possible. Whether specific claims are lawful is a question for your own counsel.

Which ad platforms are covered?

Requests usually involve Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, and Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid social. Tracking typically runs through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with leads passed to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Mention any other platform you use in your request.

Send your request with a work email and a few notes about the campaigns you have in mind.
